We recommend holding an Estate Sale if the value and volume of the contents are significant enough to warrant one. We handle all aspects of the estate sale, including the merchandising, pricing, and advertising. We handle the bookkeeping, maintain the safety and security of the merchandise, and provide great customer service.
We are insured and bonded to protect the interests of our clients, and have a reputation for the highest in ethical behavior. Our prices reflect today’s market with a focus on generating sales and motivating buyers. Our experience in the marketplace, plus our research of market value on specific and high-demand pieces allows us to reach our goal for an estate sale – to liquidate household items while generating proceeds for the client.
We invite you to take the first step, and have a member of our team conduct a complimentary estate content analysis.
When an estate sale isn’t possible or preferred, we are happy to make an offer to directly purchase the estate’s contents. We also offer the option to both purchase items of interest and clean out the rest of the contents for you.
First, we assess the contents of the house during the complimentary on-site estate content analysis. The analysis will identify the items with resale potential, and determine the purchase value of all items of interest.
Second, we will estimate the labor cost for content removal. Several factors, including the volume of items to be removed, cost of an on-site dumpster (if necessary), the time needed to complete the job, and the size of the crew necessary to remove the items (based on the size, weight, and location of the items) will determine the ultimate cost.
If you have a house that needs to be emptied, but is filled mostly with items that don’t hold resale potential, we can provide a complete clean-out service so you can prepare the house for sale or rent. This is a fee-based service, and we will be pleased to provide a complimentary estimate.
Household clean-outs include:
*Please note that we cannot remove hazardous materials or chemicals. Please consult your local public works department for advice on the proper method of disposal in your area.
We love to buy treasures! If you don’t have a houseful, but have some items you would like us to consider purchasing, we’ll be happy to assess their value and make an offer if they have resale value. Please contact us about what you have, and we’ll be happy to consider your items. Whether it’s a single piece, a full or partial collection, or obsolete inventory — let us know!
